SmallWeb, LLC ("SmallWeb," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Information you give us: your name, business name, email, phone, city, website and anything you include in forms or messages.
- Business information for your website: services, hours, photos, logos and other content you provide during onboarding.
- Billing information: payments are handled by Stripe. We don't see or store your full card number.
- Usage information: basic, privacy-friendly analytics about visits to our website (such as pages viewed), without advertising trackers.
- Public business information: to prepare website previews, we may review publicly available information about businesses, such as a business's existing website or public listing.
How we use it
- To respond to you and prepare website previews and quotes.
- To build, host, maintain and support your website.
- To bill you and send service and account messages.
- To improve our service.
What we don't do
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for others' advertising.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to run our business, including Cloudflare (hosting), Stripe (payments), Google Workspace (email) and email-delivery providers. They process information only to provide their services to us.
If we contact you about our services, every email includes a way to opt out, and we'll honor your request promptly.
Retention
We keep information as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and accounting obligations. Website previews for businesses that don't become customers are deleted after 30 days.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing hello@getsmallweb.com.
Changes
We may update this policy and will post the new date above.
