How fast will my website be live?
Within 24 hours of receiving your completed onboarding form and photos. It goes live on a preview address first, and we connect your own domain whenever you're ready.
Do I need a domain already?
If you have one, you keep it — it stays in your name. If you don't, we'll help you register one in your name.
I already have a website. Can you help?
Yes. We'll use your existing content to build a better site, show you a preview, and switch it over only when you're happy.
How long is the agreement?
12 months. After that, monthly plans continue month-to-month and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. Annual plans renew yearly, and you can switch to monthly at renewal.
Who owns the website?
Your domain is always yours. The website becomes yours after 24 months of paid service, and if you ever want to move it, we'll migrate it to your own hosting for free.
What counts as an update?
Changes to your text, photos, hours, services, or a page's layout. On Basic, updates are unlimited for your first 30 days, then $49 each. On Premium, updates are unlimited — we work on one request at a time and most are done within 2 business days. Brand-new pages or features are quoted separately.
What are SEO, AEO and GEO?
SEO (search engine optimization) helps you show up on Google. AEO and GEO (answer engine and generative engine optimization) help AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI Overviews understand and recommend your business. We handle the technical setup for all three on every site.
What's a Lighthouse score, and why does it matter?
Lighthouse is Google's free tool for grading websites on speed, accessibility, best practices and SEO, each out of 100. Most small business sites score far lower. Every SmallWeb site is built to score 100 across the board — you can test any site yourself at pagespeed.web.dev. Faster, cleaner sites keep visitors around and give search engines less reason to pass you over.
What's included in Google Business Profile management?
On Premium, we set up or clean up your profile and keep your hours, services and photos current. Most of the setup happens in your first month — how fast depends on Google's verification process and how quickly you can give us access.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?
Yes — pay annually and save 20%. That's $950/year for Basic or $1,910/year for Premium.
